Seriously, stop being boring. Yes, I realise that it's difficult to be interesting and fun and catchy when you're writing about say... fungal infections in nails but try to sound less like a prescriptive robot.
Try and find a different angle.
If the writing is boring to you it'll be super boring to a reader. If it's not boring to you, it might still be boring for others.
Be less you and just, you know, explode on the page.
Print it out.
Read it aloud.
Look at it on an app, a monitor, a kindle, a smartwatch.
Write through a telescope I don't care just make it come to life.
